The plot is simply a shaky frame on which to hang drug and sex jokes and numerous pop-culture references.. Given the resources and talent here, quite a movie might have resulted. But it's so hard to care about this story.. Never mind that several characters seem to gain or lose British accents throughout the course of the film. The lack of continuity only enhances the sense of deliciously dizzying disequilibrium.. There's leisure to the storytelling, a splendor that captures the movie's celebrat...
