An entertaining and (three cheers) modest bauble that eschews most of the blockbuster trappings that have been strangling animated features in the past few years.. It's like "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea" set free by animation to look the way it dreamed of looking.. It isn't a movie so much as a mechanical process..
